Approval Process
You must have your entry form from this website filled out and sent in.
You will then see your team on the Entered Teams list.
You must then send in your entry fee asap checks will be deposited as they are received.
No teams will be considered for approval until their entry fee is received.
After receiving your entry fee your teams competitive status will be checked.
When approved your team will be listed on the Approved teams list in the division they were approved for there are no refunds after a team reaches approved status.
You must fill out Showcase roster at the bottom of this page and send it in asap to have your team included in the College Coach Manual.
Due to the high cost of putting on a showcase event of this nature this approval process will be used for all teams entering this event regardless of the teams reputation locally or nationally.

GAMETIMES FOR THE NOVEMBER SHOWCASE
Showcase games start on Friday Nov. 9th at 5:00pm and your team must be prepared to play at that time or after with no exceptions!
Everyone has a 5 game schedule so make sure to find all of your games and notice the location of each. Both Park locations for your division will be used and teams will be moving back and forth from them so make sure that you take note of each of your game times and where they are to be played at.
After receiving your game times please make sure that your players send out your teams playing times to the college coaches they are wanting to come by to see them play. This will help the college coaches with their planning so they can see as many players as needed.
I want to wish everyone good luck and hope everyone has a good time at the Showcase.
One more thing that I need to touch on is the College Coach area's at the ballparks please make sure that your parents are aware of these area's and stay away from them please, NCAA rules state that Coaches cannot talk to any players or parents till after their team is eliminated or the event is over anyway so please make sure parents are aware of this. We want to make all of the College coaches feel comfortable and at home here so they will take their time to recruit and return again and again to locate the right players for their programs...
