You must have your entry form from this website filled out and sent in.
You will then see your team on the Entered Teams list.
You must then send in your entry fee asap.
No teams will be considered for approval until their entry fee is received.
After receiving your entry fee your teams competitive status will be checked.
When approved your team will be listed on the Approved teams list in the division they were approved for.
You must fill out Showcase roster at the bottom of this page and send it in asap to have your team included in the College Coach Manual.
If and when your team reaches approved status no refunds will be allowed. If your team cannot attend for any reason after reaching approved status then you must notify the Showcase staff immediately so that they can try to find a team to fill your spot if a team is located then your entry fee will roll over and be credited towards the entry fee of the next Elite Showcase, if no team is available to replace your team then your entry fee will be forfeited. We will do everything in our power to help fill your teams spot in case of emergencies or other forseen problems.
Due to the high cost of putting on a showcase event of this nature this approval process will used for all teams entering this event regardless of the teams reputation locally or nationally.
