July 21-23, 2006

The 43ft Major Gold Division

Pitching Distance during the Summer for the Gold Division will be 43ft...

Games will Start on Friday July 21st at 8am...  All games will be played in McKinney, TX at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch, Gabe Nesbitt Park and Wilson Creek Softball Complex.  All teams will have games at each park.

72 Teams 6 Game Guarantee Showcase Format ...   Games will be 1hr 15min finish the inning, if game is tied one inning of Showcase ITB will be used to see if a winner can be determined if still tied after the one inning of ITB then game will end in a tie.  

Approval Process

1. You must have your entry form from this website filled out and sent in.
2. You will then see your team on the Entered Teams list.
3. You must then send in your entry fee asap.
4. No teams will be considered for approval until their entry fee is received.
5. After receiving your entry fee your teams competitive status will be checked.
6. When approved your team will be listed on the Approved teams list in the division they were approved for.
7. You must fill out Showcase roster at the bottom of this page and send it in asap to have your team included in the College Coach Manual.
8. If and when your team reaches approved status no refunds will be allowed.  If your team cannot attend for any reason after reaching approved status then you must notify the Showcase staff immediately so that they can try to find a team to fill your spot if a team is located then your entry fee will roll over and be credited towards the entry fee of the next Elite Showcase, if no team is available to replace your team then your entry fee will be forfeited.  We will do everything in our power to help fill your teams spot in case of emergencies or other forseen problems.

Due to the high cost of putting on a showcase event of this nature this approval process will used for all teams entering this event regardless of the teams reputation locally or nationally.

Disclaimer

The Showcase Director reserves the right to place teams in or out of either division of play after getting verfication of the teams level of play.  Teams listed as approved are guaranteed a spot in the showcase in either the 18A or Gold division after a team has been approved they will not be removed from the Showcase unless they remove themselves, No refunds are given to any team that has reached the approved status.  If a team has to drop for ANY reason then a replacement team will try to be found, if a replacement team is available to take that teams spot then the entry fee for the team that had to withdraw will roll over to the next years showcase that is in the same month of the one they had to withdraw from unless they ask to be put in a different Elite showcase that same year then that entry will be moved to that Showcase and will re-start the entry process all-over and will be subject to the same rules as before.

ROSTER FORM

After your team is approved you must fill out the 2006 Summer Showcase Roster form for your team.  It is mandatory for you to fill the roster out and send it in asap so that we will have something on file for your team.  If you need to make corrections to your roster as the Showcase nears then you can send in revisions at that time but we must have something on file.  One of the biggest complaints from college coaches is incomplete rosters or no rosters turned in for the college books.  Lets make sure the college coaches have what they need to recruit your players.  The roster form is located below please fill it out and email it back to me at jdbancroft@TexasEliteSports.com ...  I need these forms emailed back to me so that I can just transfer them to a disc to have the college books printed.
