Pitching Distance for Gold Divisions will be 43ft...
Games will Start on Friday Nov. 10th, 2006 at 5:00pm... All games will be played in McKinney at either The Ballfields at Craig Ranch, Gabe Nesbitt Park or Wilson Creek Softball Complex. All teams may have games at each of the parks used for this division.
80 Teams with a 5 Game Guarantee Showcase Format... Games will be 7innings or 1hr 15min finish the current inning whichever comes first. .
The 2006 40ft 18A Division
Pitching Distance for 18A Divisions will be 40ft...
Games will Start on Friday Nov. 10th, 2006 at 5:00pm... All games will be played at Craig Ranch on the 4 baseball fields at the North end of the complex. ( These are great fields that we used in last years showcase with no complaints as the grass is like turf.) or one of the other showcase locations Gabe Nesbitt or Wilson Creek.
34 Teams 5 Game Guarantee Showcase Format. Games will be 7innings or 1hr 10min Drop dead.
Please fill out the Team Entry form asap to secure your spot in our November 10-12th, 2006 Showcase.
Entry Fee is $350.00 plus $30.00 cash per game at the plate. (each team pays for one umpire each during Showcase)

Approval Process
You must have your entry form from this website filled out and sent in.
You will then see your team on the Entered Teams list.
You must then send in your entry fee asap checks will be deposited as they are received.
No teams will be considered for approval until their entry fee is received.
After receiving your entry fee your teams competitive status will be checked.
When approved your team will be listed on the Approved teams list in the division they were approved for there are no refunds after a team reaches approved status.
You must fill out Showcase roster at the bottom of this page and send it in asap to have your team included in the College Coach Manual.
Due to the high cost of putting on a showcase event of this nature this approval process will be used for all teams entering this event regardless of the teams reputation locally or nationally.

ROSTER FORM
After your team is approved you must fill out the 2006 Fall Showcase Roster form for your team. It is mandatory for you to fill the roster out and send it in asap so that we will have something on file for your team. If you need to make corrections to your roster as the Showcase nears then you can send in revisions at that time but we must have something on file. One of the biggest complaints from college coaches is incomplete rosters or no rosters turned in for the college books. Lets make sure the college coaches have what they need to recruit your players. The roster form is located below please fill it out and email it back to me at jdbancroft@TexasEliteSports.com ... I need these forms emailed back to me so that I can just transfer them to a disc to have the college books printed.
